Here is a short practice I recorded to introduce you to the practice of Qi Gong. It is helpful to be barefoot or wear leather shoes, and focus on the energy of the earth connecting with the soles of your feet. Soften your knees, neutralize your pelvis, and focus on the connection to the ground with your tailbone. Sense the energy of the sun coming through the very top of your head. This is called the hundred meeting points as all of our channels converge here.
