Since 70% or more of our immune cells are inside of our gut immune, it is important to double down on our gut health when it comes to combating allergies and fighting infection.
I would like to share a gut healthy shake that I drink daily. I have always strayed away from shakes because of the unnecessary sugars, fillers, and allergens contained in many of them. Often they contain pea protein, soy protein isolate, sugars and other inflammatory ingredients!

I blend this mixture together with just under a liter of water. The colostrum makes it reach and creamy. You can experiment with adding a milk of your choice or nut/seed butter to make a more decadent shake!
